I cooked Bulalo, Tapa, Afritada, Pancit Bihon, and spring rolls (with white rice) which are some of the favorite Filipino dishes of my husband. For dessert, I prepared leche plan and guyabano juice. I am so happy they liked and appreciated everything I prepared. My mother-in-law loved the different flavors of 3-in-1 coffee mix, the pito pito and other traditional herbal tea I gave her.
On their next visit, I am excited to let them try other Filipino and Asian dishes.
